Project Director - Residential
Salary: up to £100 000 basic plus package
Location: South West London/ Surrey
Are you looking to Direct major project developments within the residential sector? Do you have experience working for a residential developer in the London/ Thames Valley region?
My client are a top main contractor and residential developer who are looking for a senior individual to oversee some of their flagship redevelopment projects in the South. There are growing rapidly in the area and have three current flagship projects and have two more starting within the year and are looking for a senior individual to come in and drive the business.
You must have:
- Strong programming background
- Experience overseeing volume residential build or major redevelopment schemes
- Preferably a mixture of traditional build and RC frame
- Working for a main residential developer or main contractor with a wealth of experience in the residential sector
