We currently have a requirement for a Senior Planner to work on commercial fit-out schemes across the Greater London region.
Due to several years of significant growth, this fit-out and interiors specialist is looking to develop it's planning department by hiring both a Senior Planner and Planner to create and maintain tender and live programmes across their portfolio.
For this role, our client is seeking someone with significant construction planning experience within a main contractor environment or interiors specialist with previous exposure to commercial fit-out projects. This individual will also take responsibility for more junior members of the planning team and will be the "go to" expert for all internal planning-related matters. A relevant degree within the construction sector will also be advantageous and this person will be expected to be proficient with Powerproject software.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £85,000 per annum plus a benefits package comprising car/allowance, guaranteed bonus, pension and health insurance.
