URGENT REQUIREMENT!
Are you an experienced site manager willing to commute to Oxford with timber frame experience and wanting to work an a massive, flagship mixed use project!?
Look no further! A long standing client of mine and major house builder and main contractor are looking for a site manager to be the No 1 on site for a major mixed use project just outside of Oxford. This is a huge project, consisting of residential, commercial office, hotel, and open spaces landscaping with associated works. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced site manager to step up into a senior role - you will also be responsible for the line management of site managers.
Before applying, please consider the following requirements:
- must have timber frame experience
- must have experience working on residential projects and/ or mixed use developments
- must have a strong track record of project completion
- must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate as a minimum requirement
- must have managed projects at a minimum of £15 million
My client are willing to offer a a competitive salary up to £65 000 basic plus an extensive benefits package that includes a car allowance, private healthcare and pension scheme.
