Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £45,000 (Flexible) + car + laptop + phone
Location: South East
Sector: Timber Frame Construction
The timber frame sector is booming - are you a Contracts Manager with a carpentry background and a strong understanding of Timber Frame Construction?
We are looking for the go-to character type who is able to take on high value contracts from inception to hand over. You will be on the front line dealing with this companies tier one contractor client base, taking ownership of the full project lifecycle. From appointing and agreeing rates and contracts with subcontractors, through to managing the erection process and agreeing final accounts.
Having recently moved into brand new manufacturing premises and boasting greatly increases output capacity - now is the time to get on board in a role that could see you move all the way to the top, can you see yourself as a Construction Director in the future?
The most important factors in securing this role will be character and timber frame experience, however candidates will also need to be in possession of:
:: SMSTS
:: CSCS
:: IOSH Managing Safely
:: Lifting Operations Appointed Person (preferred but not essential)
