Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager (£25.00 to £30.00) for 2 month contract

Job Role
You will be the project manager being responsible for all Plumbing and electrical work.
You will be responsible for delivering works and projects on time and in budget and making sure that works are carried out to company and customer's satisfaction in a safe and professional manner.
You will liaise with the operational teams to ensure internal delivery requirements are achieved
You will work alongside the buyer to get the best possible prices for materials and equipment.
You will assist in the preparation of contract documents, specifications and commercial estimates.
Person
You will have previous experience in a similar role
You will be fully qualified with HNC or equivalent industry applicable qualification.
You will ideally have SMSTS and IOSH and First aid at work.
You must have experience of working in an electrical or plumbing environment.
