A great package is £35-40k + Bonus + car or cash for car + pension + 23 days holidays
The Client:
Our Client is a leading name in building products, they hold a prime position in the booming UK construction Market.
A specialist higher priced product that is sold through different routes to market: Sports and leisure, Golf courses, Horticulture and landscaping, Equestrian arenas, sports pitches
The Successful Area Sales Manager will work for a company that can boast:

Key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and maximising existing customer relationships throughout the UK
Investigating and targeting key prospects in the UK
Cross-selling our range of products to existing customers and prospects
Championing the company ethos of getting it right first time, solving challenging problems and being proactive, responsive and innovative
Investigating new product development opportunities based on existing customer and prospect feedback
Site visits and producing specifications/proposals where necessary
Maximising profitability
Key Skills required:
Competent with industry standard CRM systems and project tracking software
Decent understanding of any of building ports sold into the sports area
Good IT skills (e.g. Outlook, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word
Good communication and customer relationship skills
