Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Further Education provider, which requires a Welding Lecturer for a position starting immediately. The college are looking for a candidate to deliver an evening course to adult learners with the possibility of it becoming permanent for the right candidate

This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills at Further Education level and inspire the next generation. Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for delivering City & Guilds Levels 1 + 2 in Welding.

We are keen to hear from candidates that use innovative techniques to motivate and inspire learners.
To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;
*Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be working towards one.
*Hold a minimum level 3 Welding qualification.
*Have good organisational and planning skills.
*Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
*Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
*Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
