Our client, a major construction business focusing on projects in Lincolnshire, the Humber and Yorkshire, working on affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health is currently seeking to recruit qualified and experienced construction Site Managers to add to their core staff.
They have an excellent reputation, full order book and ongoing projects in East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire and employ the very best staff for their business. Experienced Site Managers are welcome from all these areas.
As a Site Manager, you will have sole responsibility for projects ranging from £1-£10 million and you will be required to maintain a safe site, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and to a required standard and to programme works whilst controlling costs. You must have a proactive attitude and ability to plan work, coordinate and supervise labour and subcontractors.
Previous experience of sole responsibility for large construction sites, ideally commercial and industrial projects is essential and we are seeking proactive, dynamic individuals looking for a long term career with an award winning builder offering long term job opportunities and a stable career.
In order to be considered for this position you must also have have:
* SMSTS
* CSCSS
* First Aid
* Scaffold Inspection preferred
* Full Driving License
*Checkable Work References
