Our Client is urgently seeking to appoint a Construction Manager for their Lincoln office which covers construction projects across the whole of the UK, with a variety of clients in the affordable housing, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health sectors.
They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their existing team. The ideal candidate must be commercially minded and capable of managing large-scale, multi-million pound construction contracts from start to finish. You must also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised and possess the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients.
The role is full-time and salary will be commensurate with experience, skill level and qualifications and benefits include company car, Group Personal Pension, profit related pay, employee share scheme and opportunities for further training, development and progression.
