Salary: £18 - £22k basic - OTE £30 - £35k year 1

Consultants at Precision are coached on the craft of recruiting where a huge amount of vacancies are from existing businesses and marketing, most of our clients work with us on either an exclusive or retained basis.
Precision have never been about cold calling till your ears bleed, we have invested a great deal of money and effort into creating a great system where the majority of our new clients come to us asking for us to help them.
If you are sick of generic KPIs you will like how we work, we set our own metrics that are individual to the consultant, their experience and the sector they work in. We realise that the only thing we can control is the amount of interviews that we have happening as we know this will result in placements.
