The candidate must have previous administration skills and be analytical in their approach. This position involves working closely and supporting the Supply Chain team for a £400m business in the Construction Industry. Role / Duties:
  • Identifying and compiling key data
  • Ensuring system information is captured and kept up to date and any gaps highlighted
  • Preparation of data for further analysis
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining key business spreadsheets and communicating any missing data
  • Assistance with event planning
  • Supporting supply chain managers with their daily tasks
  • Management of credit scores for financial risk assessment
  • Liaising with key suppliers
  • General administration
  • Experience / Skills required:
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of outlook, excel and powerpoint
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time and to plan workload
  • Must be a team player
  • Good organisation skills
