Project Planner - Construction - Warrington
£40,000-£50,000 plus benefits
Project Planner required to join a construction contractor based in Warrington. Suitable candidates will have strong construction experience and be familiar working within sectors such as education, commercial and healthcare. You will be working as part of a team and reporting into a Senior Planner.
Skills Required:
* Minimum 3 years planning experience
* Tender and on site planning experience
* Experienced in the use of Asta Powerproject
* Experience working for a main contractor within the construction industry
* 4D planning
What you'll be doing:
* Reviewing tender documents/drawings
* Prepare detailed tender programmes and method statements
* Attend and presenting at tender interviews
* Prepare detailed programmes
* Prepare method statements
* Carrying out site visits
Qualifications/Certificates:
* Experience of working in a Planning or Senior Planning role for a main contractor essential
* Degree/HNC/HND in Construction
* CSCS Card
