We are working with a growing offsite manufacturer who has won some interesting and major projects including social housing and apartment blocks, healthcare and schools. This leading company have been making major investments for growth and are seeing a strong pick up in their work loads, particularly on larger projects. Now seeking a further Designer for their existing team based in the Midlands.

In this role you will:
- Interpret architect's drawings to create building designs for manufacture and construction
- Take ownership of the scheme from initial handover from the sales team through to manufacturing, liaising with Clients, Structural Engineers and internal colleagues
- Prepare designs using hsbCAD and Mitek Woodengine - training on softwares will be given
- Work with the rest of the design team to help develop ideas and advancements
- Produce manufacturing packs with all drawings and extras required to pass to manufacturing.

The company is very flexible regarding the level of experience, so you may be an experienced Designer of SIPS, timber frame, engineered wood products, light steel frame or modular buildings. Alternatively you may be a Graduate with good CAD/Revit skills looking to develop with an innovative construction product. Obviously appropriate training will be given to enable you to develop within the role.
