Senior Site Manager - Major Contractor - Bedfordshire
£60 000 - £65 000 basic
We have an opportunity to work for a top main contractor on a hospital project in the Bedfordshire area. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the top of their trade to work on one of the most significant construction projects in the home counties. Unfortunately, there are entry criteria which applicants have to meet in order to be considered:
- Experience working for a large, main contractor
- Experiencing working on projects circa £30million
- At least 10 years experience as a site manager
- Preferably worked on hospital projects or health sector
So, now that is out the way here is what you need to know. The contractor are the second largest in the country with a reputation of still being a great place to work without being lost in a large, corporate machine. I personally have placed many candidates with them right through to Project Director level and have only heard good feedback. This contractor also boast a huge portfolio of future projects in the region so the opportunity for progression and continued work is most certainly there. Preferably you will have new build experience and worked for competitors, have a strong application of HSE and a track record of completing projects on time.
