Commutable from - Nottingham, Birmingham, Leicester, Northampton, Peterborough
Milton Keynes, Luton (East & West coast of M1 corridor)
Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Due to continued growth with this Market Leader in the Lift & Escalator company, they are now looking to add to their team with skilled Tester/Technician of employed Lift & Escalator Engineers.

Are you an experienced Lift Tester/Technician with NVQ Level 4 or equivalent?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tester/Technician looking to further their career and join an already successful team of Engineers covering the Midlands & South

You will travel to sites predominantly in and around the Midlands area. On occasions you may need to travel to other locations to suit the needs of the business.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will provide independent testing and commissioning support to the team. Discharge the responsibilities stated in statutory legislation and contractual documentation, while also providing independent technical advice to the management and site teams.

We are looking for someone who will deliver the highest levels of customer service. You will be expected to set high standards for those working with you and ensure that these are achieved at all times. Spending the majority of your time in the field supporting and monitoring installation engineers, your primary role will be to test and commission new lifts to meet the highest levels of service and standards our clients expect.

You will be expected to participate in the development and implementation of the company's people development training plans and to assist the sales teams wherever necessary and to recognise sales opportunities and communicate these to sales teams effectively.
