Bishop Burton College seeks a new Chief Executive & Principal to lead our ambitious, entrepreneurial organisation to an exciting future.
As one of the largest specialist land-based colleges in the country with an enviable reputation for student and commercial success, we were last Ofsted-assured as a Good college, with Outstanding Social Care provision. We operate from two vibrant campuses in Bishop Burton and the outskirts of historic Lincoln, undoubtedly two of the most picturesque parts of the country.
We are an impressive college by any measure, but we share a passion to be Outstanding at our next inspection. We have brilliant students, excellent staff and sector-leading teaching and learning resources that will give our next leader all the tools to be successful. We recognise that we have work to do as part of our shared journey and are open to making the changes required to get there. Salary £120k - £140k + accommodation + relocation
+ TPS or LGPS
You will be a proven, ambitious FE senior leader, tuned in to today's many sector challenges with some ideas and foresight to position us to meet the next ones! You may be a highly accomplished Vice or Deputy Principal ready now to lead your own college or an established Principal, currently doing well in post. You may have GFE or specialist experience, but above all you will inspire those around you to deliver their very best.
