Temp to perm opportunity within a Bathroom Pod Manufacturer for an experienced Production Supervisor. This is a growing industry, and manufacturers are finding there is a need to increase their operation to cope with the demand. This company is operating in Wiltshire and now seeks an experienced Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Foreman who can bring experience from the modular building and/or bathroom pod manufacturing industry.
This company have ambitions for significant growth and investment and are working with leading experts to ensure successful outcomes.
About the role:
You will be working closely with the Production Manager who is working hard to develop the operation and systems, and you will have a significant influence in the product and manufacturing methods as well as responsibility for supervising around 10 staff.
You will take responsibility for overseeing production of steel based bathroom pods in a factory environment, and particularly for supervising the operatives within the factory.
About you:
You will be a Production Supervisor or Foreman with experience in some form of offsite construction manufacturing (this may include modular buildings, bathroom pods, kitchen pods or similar). If you can bring experience of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement this would also be most beneficial.
There is plenty of potential to grow with the role as the business develops and gains further traction in the market.
