Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Hull Base - National Travel for Projects

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a customer focussed approach and high attention to detail? This relatively young Modular Manufacturer and Contractor have made impressive strides in asserting themselves as the go-to contractor for design led and environmentally conscious modular construction projects.

Working across Commercial, Education and Retail projects, you can expect to take the lead on 4-6 projects at any one time across planning, install and hand over stages. With half of your time spent at the Hull offices and the other visiting sites and clients, Contracts Managers must be open to national travel as required.

With key clients secured and the order book increasing, this is an excellent opportunity to join this growing business with real potential to reach a senior management role.

Requirements:

  • Black CSCS Card, SMSTS
  • A proven track record of delivering design and build construction contracts from inception to handover
  • A flexible and committed mentality
  • The ability and willingness to travel on a nationwide basis
  • Excellent personnel and sub-contractor management skills
  • A professional manner with client facing experience


The Package:

  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
  • Company Car and Fuel Card
  • Laptop and Mobile Phone
  • Hotel expenses and meal allowances when travelling
  • Pension
