An exciting offsite contractor and developer working at the forefront of construction innovation
Delivering a large housing development
Are you a freelance Quantity Surveyor with experience of multiple unit housing developments? This Modular building contractor take an ethical approach to their work, striving to reduce the carbon footprint of their manufacturing and build processes. You will be overseeing the commercial management of a large housing development c. 700 units in Leeds. Ideally, we are seeking candidates who can show case:
- Experience with either developer or main contractor
- Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying
- A demonstrable history of completed assignments as a freelance Quantity Surveyor
The Role:
- A split working week with 3-4 days on site and 1-2 days in offices
- Overseeing payment applications, variations, on-site measures, sub-contractor performance and all QS functions
- Working closely with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders
The Contract:
- 6 Month Contract
- Start ASAP
- £320 / day
