JOB TITLE: Financial Services Manager (End-Point Assessor)
LOCATION: Nationwide
SALARY: £550 - £650 a day
Protocol are proud to be working for a leading End-Point Assessment Organisation - looking for high level experts in their field, no assessing experience necessary, as long as occupational competency is up to speed. For this particular role we are looking to speak to Bank managers e.g. Corporate, Commercial, Retail, Wealth Management, Private, Card Services, who would be able to assess the apprentices' knowledge and understanding at the end of their L6 qualification.
This work is possible to do as free-lance or alongside Full-Time employment.
Independent assessment ensures apprentices have the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors detailed in the Standard. This standard specifies a range of Knowledge and Skills that together form the Core Competencies of the role. Apprentices are assessed using different methods to demonstrate competence.
Apprentices will specialise in an area of banking with specific Skills related to their role. Each qualification contains Core Competencies and specific Knowledge which differs for each option, for example:
* Corporate/Commercial - corporate lending, cash management; trade finance
* Retail - personal loans, mortgages, savings
* Wealth - advice, investments, private banking
* Card Services - merchant services, business solutions
