Inside Sales Person - Building Products
Basic to £25,000 + Pension
Shearsby, Kibworth, Wigston, Great Glen, Market Harborough, Glen Parva, Arnesby

  • : Nice mix of inbound sales enquiries, business development and supporting a field based colleague with quotations etc.
  • : Dealing with Local Authorities, Education and the Park Home sector as customers
  • : Selling an eco friendly building solution that has little or no competition
  • : Can you work as part of a small close knit team

You will be handling inbound enquiries that are generated through marketing, trade exhibitions, word of mouth and on a repeat business basis. In addition you will introduce your companies range of products to Local Authorities, Park Home and the Education sector. Working closely as a "buddy" who is field based you will assist him with quotations and generally back up his efforts to produce additional business.

Our client has a product that is manufactured from totally recycled material and is well received by companies siting both permanent and tempory modular buildings on all types of land. The volume of work including additional enquiries has led to the need to recruit an additional person who will be part of a small well motivated team led by their MD.

You will need to live in Leicestershire near any of the following for an easy commute to the office: Shearsby, Kibworth, Wigston, Great Glen, Market Harborough, Glen Parva, Arnesby

We successfully placed the Field Sales person back in 2014 and have a strong relationship with their Managing Director which will secure an early interview for the right candidate.

  • : A background in inside sales gained within the building / construction industry
  • : A strong team player who is prepared to assist with a broad range os sales and marketing activities
  • : A willingness and desire to work closely with your colleagues as this is a close, friendly, hardworking team
  • : An ability to talk to people at all levels
  • : Somebody with a driving licence as there is sometimes the need to take samples out or attend exhibitions (very occasional)
