Commutable from - Guildford, Woking, Bracknell, Chertsey, Slough, Twickenham, Egham

Basic Salary: £33,000 + Bonus

+ Company car, 25 days holiday, private health insurance and pension

Due to continued growth this market leading Lift & Escalator company are now looking for a graduate (Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar) to work in the Technical Engineering team as a Technical Sales Support Specialist. Ideally we are looking for candidates with Lift or Escalator technical knowledge if possible but this is not essential to be considered for the role.

The Role

Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to the sales team to develop and successfully implement products and service solutions that meet customer's needs.

He/ she takes ownership of the order handling process:

Prospecting/ Tendering/ Defining Specification details

Traffic Calculations,

Dimensions,

CAD / CAM design software, lay-out drawings

Estimation of installation and delivery times and costs.

He/ she answers incoming customer technical enquiries

Fully supports the Sales Executive with technical issues.
