Senior Design Manager - Main Contractor - Reading
Salary: £60 000 - £80 000 basic
We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our South East regional team based in Reading. With a turnover of just below £1 billion, we are a large main contractor who work across education, commercial, residential and leisure sectors. Our South East design team, headed up by our Pre-Construction Director have been integral in our growing regional presence and with our ambitions in the Thames Valley and South London regions, we are looking to take on a Senior Design Manager to head up our design team. Showing drive and enthusiasm, coupled with your previous expertise, your role will be critical in securing projects in the region to achieve the company directive.
Ideally you will be already working for a main contractor, adept at leading design teams with projects up to £50 million and have a proven track record. Particular consideration will be made to those candidates with experience working within the ESFA Framework but you must also be able to demonstrate a wealth of cross-sector experience.
Depending on experience, we are looking to offer the successful candidate between £60 000 - £80 000, all the usual benefits including car allowance and a clear path towards becoming a senior figure within the business.
