Salary: c.£45,000 + 10.5% Pension

A challenging, high profile project working as a sub contractor's Quantity Surveyor on a £4M contract.
This ethical, long established contractor wish to employ a Quantity Surveyors on a permanent salaried basis to oversee on site QS works on this high-profile project. Set to run for c. three years, we wish to speak to Quantity Surveyors who can commit this time to the project.
You will work alongside site-based teams of site operatives, managers and project managers. Joining them on site in Salisbury, you will be responsible for site measures, payment applications and all Quantity Surveyor functions, keeping four client-side Quantity Surveyors up to speed and ensuring the employer's interests are protected at all times.
You will be working long side a highly experienced project manager with a QS Background and a working history with the client - so you can expect the onboarding process and ongoing support to be top notch.
