The job
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cross college student experience, school liaison and working in partnership to raise awareness of the college's curriculum offer. To manage and ensure all Study Programme students have individual and relevant work experience and that the college has auditable records of all work experience activities.
Do you qualify?
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:
*A degree/ management, professional qualification or equivalent
*Experience of establishing work experience placements and delivering corporate objectives and achieving targets within time and resource constraints.
*The ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire staff to achieve the highest levels of quality and performance
*Have good organisational and planning skills.
*Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
*Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
*Ability to create and sustain a learning environment in which the safety and welfare of children and vulnerable adults is paramount
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
