Salary: £18 - £22k basic - OTE £30 - £35k year 1

Trainee Recruitment Consultants at Precision will go through an in depth induction and a strategically planned 6 month development academy where you will work alongside one of our most experienced recruiters on existing business. You will be coached on the craft of recruiting in a candidate led area in Engineering & Management Recruiting.
Key Focuses:
Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for specific roles
Telephone interviewing and short-listing candidates
Generating leads and growing your knowledge in a key market
