Job Title: Modular Estimating Team Manager
Location: Nottinghamshire
Sector: Modular Construction
Salary: Commensurate with Experience

- Can you manage team of estimators and CAD technicians?
Taking the lead on estimating and tender submissions for this modular contractor, you will responsible for the accuracy and feasibility of cost proposals for Modular and Structural Steel construction projects.
Managing a team of six, you will need to know your way around CAD drawings and have incredible attention to detail. You do not need to be an expert designer, but a thorough and detailed understanding of the estimating process is essential. You will be the final point of quality control for tenders, bids and PQQs along with a significant amount of post-tender involvement with clients.
Person Specification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar role, incorporating Modular experience
- Working knowledge of BIM.
- The ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
- Demonstrate effective high level Tender/PQQ writing and skills.
- Experience of estimating, pricing and costing.
- High level of negotiation and analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of current Building Regulations.
- An in depth understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods
