Our client, an SME multi discipline construction firm based in North East Lincolnshire working on predominantly projects within the Food Sector is urgently seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for holiday cover to work on projects in Scunthorpe and Doncaster. The position is to start on Monday 2nd July for approx 1 month.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager, have worked within the Construction Food Industry and be located within the North East Lincolnshire area.
As a Site Manager, you will have sole responsibility for projects, on occasions this may be multiple projects, and you will be required to maintain a safe site, ensuring work is progressing on schedule and to a required standard and to programme works whilst controlling costs. You must have a proactive attitude and ability to plan work, co-ordinate and supervise labour and subcontractors.
Previous experience of sole responsibility for large construction sites, ideally commercial and industrial projects is essential and we are seeking proactive, dynamic individuals looking for a long term career with an award winning builder offering long term job opportunities and a stable career.

* CSCSS
* First Aid
* Full Driving License
