We now have a great opportunity for a motivated Inspection Coordinator to join our dedicated Europe office as part of a rapidly growing energy, oil and gas inspection and technical resourcing company.

Role Responsibilities

  • Respond to clients and inspectors with regards to any enquiry or assignments
  • Assign Inspectors and coordinate inspections, maintaining communication with the Inspectors & clients throughout the projects
  • Provide a detailed assignment package to inspectors that include all relevant documentation (Inspection Test Plans etc.)
  • Create client solutions and handle case resolutions
  • Oversee daily operations with the Technical Engineering team
  • Manage the resolution of the Non-Conformance Reports and Outstanding Work Lists
  • Assist and support Inspectors with technical information and contact clients with any areas of concern
  • Keep the ERP system updated daily and accurate as compared to each Contract Inspector's Assignment Schedule
  • Ensure that all documentation received from the inspectors are filed in proper places on the data control system
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with client and field personnel

Person Specifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or department
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and multi-task
  • Knowledge of geography (currencies, cultures and locations)
  • Ability to write professional correspondence
