Title: Freelance Site Manager
Location: South East London
Rate: c. £22 - £25 per hour
Start: End of July

Freelance Site Manager required for a specialist sub-contractor to cover a 8-10 week project based in South East London.

If you are looking for a short-term contract as a Site Manager starting end of July, we have the job for you!

Working with a specialist contractor, overseeing the build of a multi-storey cross laminated timber (CLT) building. We are specifically interested in speaking with managers who have experience with offsite building systems such as: Light Gauge Steel, Timber Frame, Modular, Engineered Timber.

Hourly rates will be paid for the project which will run for 8-10 weeks starting in the last week of July. Site Managers will be required to hold:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS - Manager
  • Experience of managing multi-storey projects would be advantageous
