Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hampshire Office - Projects Across South East
Sector: Streel Structures Sub Contractor
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance

  • Are you a qualified Appointed Person with Steel Structures Experience?
  • Can you take the lead on managing multiple supply and install projects?


Specialising in design, fabrication and install projects of steel structures up to £300,000. This role is essential in delivering projects for this business and you can expect to be covering projects for four days per week with one day per week based at the employer's Hampshire offices.

We are specifically looking for a Project Manager with excellent first-hand experience of Steel Structures, this would come from working directly with a steel structures sub contractor. Holding a CPCS Appointed Persons qualification is essential as you will be overseeing lift plans and ensuring that all of your sites are on track and keeping to program and budget, maintaining daily records.

We are specifically interested to speak with candidate who:

  • Have significant experience of steel structures projects
  • Hold a CPCS Appointed Person qualification, SMSTS and CSCS Black Card
  • Poses strong contractual and commercial acumen
  • Bring a positive, can do attitude to their work
