Our major international client is looking to recruit a Maintenance Planner on a permanent basis to their expanding team. (Mon - Fri Days)
Maintenance Planner Main Roles & Responsibilities
- To liaise with production and maintenance leads to create, organise and execute all planned maintenance activities
- Develop and manage planned maintenance scopes and schedules
- Interface with third party contractors to organise for planned work around site
- Owner of the CMS system, in managing shift work order priority and scheduling.
This includes:
o Managing Maintenance Backlog and reporting on its development
o Planning work for both days + night shifts
o Scheduling with both maintenance and contractors in sustaining compliance
- PSSR
- Oil Sampling
- LEV Testing
- Machine Monthly checks etc.
- Working closely with projects + reliability team in organising proactive work, raising PO's and scheduling works
- Ensure all activities planned, where possible, and include estimating data, technical info, material requirements and HSE requirement
- Establish and chair Daily, Weekly and Monthly planning meetings
Maintenance Planner (About You:)
As a minimum, applicants should have the following experience / qualifications:
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Evidence of achieving customer satisfaction
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Previous experience of interfacing with both clients and contractors
- Experience working with CMS systems
- Excellent IT Skills
o Microsoft Excel
o Idhammer/Maximo (preferable)
- Experience in the FMCG or Fast Paced Manufacturing industry
- HNC/HND in Engineering qualification or equivalent discipline
- Served time as a technician
