Position: BIM Technician/Coordinator
Location: Monaghan/ Tyrone/ Down/ Cavan
Due to continued expansion, our client is currently looking to recruit a BIM Technician /Co-ordinator or to be based or at their head Offices. The successful candidate will be experienced in the BIM Dept within main contractors or Consultancy level and have experience in undertaking Medium to Larger Sized Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with engineers, designers, contractors,
- Assists the Lead Engineer in maintaining the project design
- Coordinate e with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements, company standards and procedures, industry codes and standards, utility company requirements, and client criteria.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year's active project experience producing construction documents using Revit or Solidworks/ CAD
- Excellent IT Skills
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- Good numeracy Skills
