Job Role

You will assist in the efficient control of the Site quantity Surveying function and accurately report in accordance with Company procedures:

  • Assist in production of budget packs
  • Sub contract / direct accounts - appointment / management /re-measures / final account
  • Commercial awareness
  • Understanding cost / value
  • AI's
  • Price up material returns

Person

You will ideally have or be working towards or have a relevant qualification (Degree/HNC/ONC), you must also have a good understanding of:

  • Valuations (external and sub contract)
  • Documents
  • Bonus targets (issue and monitor)
  • AI's
  • Cash flow
  • Negotiation skills
