Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Oxfordshire & Surrounding Counties
Sector: Timber Frame Construction
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Package
Due to sustained and consistent growth, this SME Timber Frame manufacturer is responsible for well-designed contemporary structures within residential, commercial and bespoke works.
Working from structural package only through to full turnkey projects this will be a demanding and rewarding role. Ideally suited to candidates with broad construction experience across main and sub-contracting with a strong working knowledge of timber frame construction.
This role requires:
- CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid (as a minimum)
- An excellent grasp of Health and Safety procedures
- Strong communication skills in managing sub-contractors
- Well versed in preparing and following RAMS
- A can do, team working attitude.
- Travel to site as required covering Oxfordshire and surrounding counties
