Our client is seeking a Site Foreman ideally from an engineering background with experience of RC Frame for a landmark development in Dublin which is deemed to run for 2-4 yrs. Our client's pipeline of projects is extremely healthy for the next 5-6 years. The role will offer excellent career progression and will allow you to work closely with some of the countries top Architects and Sub-contractors. Due to the importance of this role and project, our client is willing to pay for the right individual. No time wasters please.
Outline:
Duties will include but not limited to
- Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standard
- Liaising with Project Manager / Site Engineer
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors
- Ensuring work is carried out to the highest of quality standards.
- Implementation of daily and weekly programmes.
- Ordering and control of materials on site.
- Attending site meetings as required
- Maintaining site diary
- Assisting with control of plant & equipment on site
- Trade and/or technically qualified
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Experience of RC Frame
- Ideally have an Engneering degree but applicants with relivant expierence will be considered.
- Proven track record of delivering construction projects to the end user to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction at all times.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
