Our client is seeking a Senior Site Setting out engineer for a landmark development in Dublin which is deemed to run for 2-4yrs. Our client's pipeline of projects is extremely healthy for the next 5-6 years. The role will offer excellent career progression and will allow you to work closely with some of the countries top Architects and Sub-contractors. Due to the importance of this role and project, our client is willing to pay for the right individual. No time wasters please.
Outline :
The Setting out Engineer's duties include but are not limited to:
1) Setting out, levelling and quality control.
2) Checks shuttering, steel and other dimensions prior to concrete pours and maintains materials reconciliation files.
3) Record keeping of all site activities, maintaining a site diary,
4) Supervision of other directly employed and subcontractor personnel engaged in various elements of the construction project.
5) Adheres strictly to the Company's health and safety, environmental, quality and other on-site policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
1) Experience at Site Engineer Level
2) Knowledge of construction procedures and methods
3) Building and structural project experience with main contractors
4) Setting out experience
5) Knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Procedures
6) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
7) Use of GPS and have knowledge of surveying
