The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be focusing on generating revenue from the sale of the company's range of sealing and bonding products. You will be managing existing accounts but the majority of your focus will be on developing new streams of revenue for the business through the agreed route to market, i.e. modular construction. You will be out and about, forming relationships with key decision makers to drive new business.
Using your technical understanding of modular buildings combined with the knowledge of the company's product capabilities, you will be providing a holistic, solution centred sales approach, value engineering and optimising solutions for your clients that fit both their need for efficient production as well as meeting construction regulations.
As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in helping to build and establish what is a growing area for the business, where you will have a great deal of autonomy.
About You As the ideal applicant you will have previous experience within a field sales role, with a proven track record selling coatings and adhesives to modular building companies.
Outgoing individuals from a modular engineering or design background looking to progress their career into sales are also strongly recommended to apply.
The Rewards
Salary circa £40,000
Bonus up to 15% of basic
