If you have substantial experience of residential development and house building, together with first rate commercial acumen and leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity work the UK's number one in timber frame construction.

You can expect a key senior level role taking control of projects across your region of Central and Southern England. Working with the UK's leading national house builders, your commercial acumen is essential in ensuring the profitability and commercial success of your projects. You will be backed by Europe's largest timber frame manufacturing facility, an in-house team of six project surveyors and multi-million-pound levels of confirmed orders.

Essential Technical Expertise

  • Evidence of ability to commercially manage £50k to £10m construction projects (in a sub-contracting capacity and / or Offsite manufacturing)
  • Quantity Surveying qualification (MRICS/Degree/HNC) or ability to demonstrate the required knowledge
  • Advanced level of Microsoft office skills, particularly excel
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of standard, main and subcontractor conditions of contract
  • Evidence of strong influencing and negotiation skills across all stakeholders, including excellent communication skills
  • Construction Project Management knowledge, as well as surveying
  • Understanding of Timber Frame construction methods, or willingness to learn quickly
