Service Administrator
- Will manage and coordinate a team of Service Technicians.
- Will have minmum of 2 years service administration experience.
- Will take customer calls and log complaints on the Service Log
- Will prepare weekly Schedules for Service Technicians.
- Will ensure that materials required to complete service calls are in stock or are ordered to arrive in a timely fashion.
- Will be responsible for invoicing customers for chargeable calls
- Will be responsible for making claims from suppliers for faulty or damaged goods.
- Other administration work related to the position
