Cast Iron Welder
£12 - £15 per hour (Plus Overtime Rates) dependant on experience

Daytime hours 38 hour week (flexible hours)
Our Client is a well established company with an enviable reputation within the industry and are looking for a highly skilled or semi skilled Cast Iron welder to join their existing team

THE CAST IRON WELDER
The successful candidate will ideally have experience welding cast iron components by gas fusion welding. No experience is considered as full in house training will be provided.
DUTIES OF THE CAST IRON WELDER
Welding using oxy/acetylene welding process
Building and dismantling bespoke furnaces in preparation for pre and post welding
Preparation of castings for welding which will involve use of hand held grinding tools and non destructive testing processes
Overhead Crane handling (training will be given if no previous qualifications)
