Position: Project Manager - Cork

Location: Cork

Salary: €55k - €60k

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a Cork-based Building Products Firm. You will very much be your own boss in this position. Our client are very proactive and have a growing order book. In order to be considered for this role the suitable candidate will be professional and career orientated.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience within the construction industry +5yrs
  • Management of 15+ site staff
  • knowledge of the Building Products industry an advantage.
  • Planning / Scheduling
  • Progress reporting and Milestone projections
  • Site progress verification
  • Attending scheduled meetings
  • Liaising with client and subcontractors
  • Management of site staff across multiple projects
  • Completing contract review reports

  • Professional
  • Ability to manage team and clients effectively
  • Detail orientated
  • Not afraid to spend time on site to ensure quality of installation is adhered to
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Comfortable with project finances
