We are working with a fantastic college in Hampshire who are looking for a Site Officer to start immediately. Offering an annual salary of between £18,000 - £21,000, this college are looking to interview immediately.

Role responsibilities
To lock, unlock and maintain appropriate security for the main College sites.
To carry out emergency security repairs where possible.
To make key holders aware of requirements in respect of security of premises and contents.
To report trespass and unauthorised parking.
To promote security awareness on the establishment, particularly during College closure periods.
To deal with, or arrange to be dealt with, all burst pipes, leaks flooding, fires, blockages, breakages, as appropriate. To liaise with Assistant Estates Manager. as necessary.

The person & qualifications
Good general standard of education
Have some working experience of general maintenance and repair work (Especially painting and decorating)

Be flexible and able to work unsupervised and as part of a small team.

Be fit and able to carry heavy loads and work in all weathers.
