Reporting directly to the IMR Area Manager, you will act primarily as managerial support to enable an efficient and effective operational delivery out of hours, co-ordinating the service strategy whilst maintaining excellent customer service.

Working closely with the Anglian Water Partners, Duty Managers and delivery teams, you will ensure that all activities are undertaken with a customer / health & safety focus and efficiently delivered. You will ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the Health, Safety & Environmental Policy and comply with health and safety legislation, POSWSH and QA procedures.

Summary of Job Details
  • Ensure OOH performance management of operational repair and support teams (both direct and indirect) to ensure efficient delivery, whilst maintaining appropriate safety and quality standards.
  • Deal with customer complaints / queries and ensure a customer focused delivery ensuring the service you and your teams provide strives towards our company aspiration of 100% Vsat.
  • Provide operational & technical support to prevent / proactively manage & co-ordinate and resolve any event / incident.
  • Focus OOH Standby teams on adherence to H&S, quality and working practices to improve health and safety, quality and productivity in an OOH working environment.
  • Work to minimise customer contacts by encouraging a right first time culture and driving team to deliver service excellence.

  • Key Skills & Experience

    Essential
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • 1- 3 years experience in the utility/ construction environment
  • Technical construction knowledge
  • Experience working at a supervisory level & management of an operational team

  • Desirable
  • IOSH or NVQ equivalent
  • Commercial awareness and experience of managing budgets
  • NRSWA accreditation- supervisor's qualification
  • Full clean, UK drivers licence
  • Customer Service Training
