General Works Coordinator
Location: Loughton
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document control for all General Work's sites and office
  • Collate and present KPI's for all frameworks, particularly Scape
  • Responsible for Social impact and organising events to achieve KPI's
  • Assist with tender submission
  • Assist with formulating/formatting presentations for BD
  • Produce O&M manuals
  • Set up sites with site/project managers
  • General admin tasks
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience of construction site environment is preferred.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
