Title: Project Manager - Construction
Location: South and South East

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Car allowance, Bonus

Are you an experienced Project Manager with natural stone façade experience?
Would enjoy a role a well-established contractor covering sites in the South and South East

A specialist contractor in architectural pre-cast cladding is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a permanently employed basis. This role is specifically suited to candidates who are looking for a long-term career choice.

Working across commercial, residential, education and retail projects you will be the go-to site-based project manager.

Primary functions will include:

  • Managing of individual projects through manufacture, install and handover.
  • Dealing with the day-to-day issues of working on construction sites with main contractors, organising labour, plant and deliveries, programming works, managing logistics and delivery schedules, producing RAMS.
  • Working with QS to submitting monthly applications and maximise recovery of variations.


We would expect the right candidate to have the following skills/experience:

  • Good knowledge of general building and construction, understanding of engineering principles and design & build processes.
  • Track record of working on successful construction projects as a site/package/project manager
  • Knowledge of precast, stone or facades in general is beneficial.
  • All necessary IT skills are taken as a given, knowledge of MS Project is beneficial.
  • Knowledge/experience of lifting operations would be beneficial and we would be expecting the candidate to hold an Appointed Person qualification once fully trained.
