- Do you want to build a career and work towards directorship with this Offsite Construction specialist?
Headed up by a highly experienced Offsite Construction professional, this business is actively seeking their future director. You will bring existing experience in estimating for construction projects with structures, windows or doors together with a strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate with people on all levels.
Working to a structured plan, you will be mentored by the current director to become an expert on self-build projects using a variety of offsite constructed building systems. This opportunity can take the right candidate from trainee to director and beyond within eight years.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating for structures, windows or doors
- A natural communicator and problem solver
- Ambitious to reach a director level role
- Commercially aware with a passion for construction
