The Role:
To oversee the procurement of plant equipment. To maintain accurate information and records, dealing with invoice queries. To provide weekly reports on plant status. To maintain procedures and processes vital for the efficient and effective operation of the Solutions Delivery Team.
Key Accountabilities 1:
Procurement of plant equipment
  • Ordering all Plant Site.
  • Ensuring compliance with Kier plant processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships both inter and intra organisational by delivering utmost value to the business and client.
  • Support and facilitate timely project delivery /completion through timely & safe equipment delivery and collection.
  • Processing of GRN's and responding to Invoice queries.
  • Assist SHE with investigations into serious non-compliance.
  • Ensure timely, servicing, testing, calibration and Pat Testing of all equipment as required, specified and recommended.
  • Ensure all company standards are consistently upheld and adhered.
  • Timely On and Off Hires.
  • Queries from Live Hire.

    Accountabilities 2: To provide weekly reports on materials and plant costs
  • Create and Maintain a Ledger that details all Plant, procured with detailed information in a timely manner
  • Provide breakdown of plant on a scheme / job basis
  • To ensure plant recorded to correct scheme / job
  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Financial Management Accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Desired experience in managing plant or general customer facing roles.
