As Director of Curriculum and Quality you will innovate, shape and develop the curriculum offer in response to national education policy and employers' and learners' skills needs. You will lead our drive for outstanding provision across our education divisions and will demonstrate a track record of delivering quality improvement in curriculum, including apprenticeship provision.
You will line manage our 3 Divisional Heads of Distance Learning, Apprenticeships and Quality, and be the Company's nominee for Ofsted inspections.
The post requires an energetic and creative professional, committed to improving learning and learner outcomes through harnessing the benefits of technology at every stage of the learning process. You must be able to work in a fast passed environment, and a clear vision of quality improvement strategies and the requirements of government agencies is essential.
