You have an excellent opportunity to join a company who are well established but are continuing to go places, not content to stand still. Now seeking a Design Manager who will be involved in:
- Management of a small team of Designers and Engineers including training, H&S, Quality, recruitment and other HR related issues
- Close liaison with Sales, Project Managers as well as clients, with UK travel (car provided)
- Although design is not a key element of this position, any working knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks or similar would be very useful
We are keen to hear from you if you are a Design Manager or Senior Designer with a good technical knowledge (and a qualification would be of particular interest) of plumbing, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, and electrical design. You will be confident in your management abilities, and have a good commercial and customer-focussed approach.

This Design Manager role will provide a competitive salary, good company car and for each year of service, your holiday provision, starting at 21 days will rise to 25 days per year.
